As a woman, it wasn’t easy to break into the construction field. “A lot of people told me, ‘You can’t do this. You’re a cleaning lady.'” Cindy laughs about it now. “That’s all I needed to hear.” She went from builder to builder, persuading them to try her services. Word spread among contractors about a new company that prepared their projects for move-in to perfection. When Cindy started to hear from supervisors, “You’re the best thing we’ve ever seen out here,” she knew she’d made her mark.
But that was just the beginning for SOS Corporation. As SOS continued to grow, Cindy realized that demolition services would be a good fit for her team as well. As long as they maintained their values and the “clean as you go” mentality, they would continue to produce great work.
